General Information

What to Bring

Campers should bring their own softball equipment including gloves, bats, helmets, catching gear, shoes (non-cleated if indoor camp) , plus water bottle, sunscreen and bug repellant. Please write your name on each of your personal items in case you leave them behind.


Camps and clinics will be held at LaRue Stadium on UC Davis' Campus.

Commuter Parking

Parking is available on campus in the Public Parking lot just south of LaRue Stadium. Permits are available for purchase on-site for $9 per day.

Persons with Disabilities

If a participant needs an accommodation to participate in this event because of a disability, please contact gcarbonatto@ucdavis.edu at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the program, with information regarding the requested accommodation.


All campers must have their own medical insurance and present a valid and current insurance card to attend camp.

Camp Cancellations

We will do our best to conduct all camps, however UC Davis Softball Camps are subject to cancellation due to lack of facility, weather or insufficient camp registrations. A full refund will be issued when camp cancellation is necessary and we will email you with a cancellation ASAP.

All of UC Davis Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants.

The NCAA prohibits a UC Davis booster (other than a parent/guardian or close family member) from paying a portion of the camper’s camp fees.
