Frequently Asked Questions
What do we bring?
- Leotard or tank top and shorts (loosely fitted clothing is not recommended)
- Gymnastics accessories, if needed (grips, tape, wristbands, etc.)
- Snack for in between rotations
- Water bottle
- Tennis shoes for games or outdoor activities
- Sunscreen for outdoor activities
What do we do for lunch?
Please pack a lunch, as lunch will not be provided. We will eat lunch outside Hickey Gym at noon each day.
What is the drop-off/pick-up?
A form will be emailed out upon registration. The form is not required for our High Performance Clinic.
What is the refund policy?
50% returned up to two weeks prior to camp. No returns given if request is made less than 14 days prior to camp or if camper was dismissed from camp due to disciplinary reasons, as dictated by the Camp Director.
What if my child has a disability?
UC Davis is committed to making its programs accessible to persons with disabilities. If a participant needs an accommodation to participate in this event because of a disability, please contact Carolyn Kampf at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the program, with information regarding the requested accommodation. Please note that if we do not receive your requested accommodation at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the program, we may not be able to accommodate your needs.
Can I register for less days at a discounted price?
Requests for a refund or transfer in cases of injury are considered up to the first day of camp with a doctor’s note or letter requesting the exception. No medical requests will be considered after the first day of camp.
Any camper is subject to expulsion from the camp for unacceptable behavior, as determined by the Camp Director.
All of UC Davis Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants.
The NCAA prohibits a UC Davis booster (other than a parent/guardian or close family member) from paying a portion of the camper’s camp fees.
